The Moon and Sovič – Ozzy, Maša and Tjaša

After admiring Cyril's exhibition Postojna beneath the pale moonlight we got in touch and have since carried out several photography sessions together, as we still have quite a few ideas.

This time we tried to photograph a "werewolf", or rather a "wolf", howling at the moon. The models were Maša, Tjaša and Ozzy.

Thanks to Cyril for teaching me this technique. As I do not currently have a reliable telephoto lens, he also lent me his equipment. For a compact camera, it has a surprisingly powerful optical zoom and a fairly good sensor. It is a shame it does not save raw images, but converts them straight to JPEG.

Let me stress that this kind of photograph is not a composite! Everything is captured just as the camera sees it in real life. You have to place yourself and the models in the right spot at the right time. Behind the scenes, it looks something like this:
